Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Effective August 6, 2026

This policy is published by The CRM Center LLC, d/b/a G.O.A.T. Leads ("GOAT Leads," "we," "us"). It covers two different groups of people, and we address each separately below:

  • Consumers — people who respond to our insurance advertising or submit a quote request on our landing pages, forms, or agent websites we host.
  • Customers — licensed insurance professionals and their staff who create accounts and buy leads or use our platform.
  • Information We Collect

    From Consumers (via our advertising, landing pages, and hosted agent websites): name, contact details (phone, email, address), date of birth, and the insurance-related information you choose to submit (for example, desired coverage amount, beneficiary relationship, or health-related answers relevant to a quote); your consent selections; and technical data captured at submission — IP address, device and browser information, page interactions, timestamps, and an independent TrustedForm certificate documenting the submission session.

    From Customers: registration and profile information (name, business name, contact details, licensing information you provide), payment metadata (card brand and last four digits — full card numbers and security codes are collected only by our payment processor, Stripe, on Stripe-hosted pages and never reach our systems), communications with support, and platform usage data.

    Automatically: cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, and analytics (including Google Analytics) on our websites.

  • How We Use Information
    • To respond to a Consumer's quote request by connecting them with one or more licensed insurance professionals — this is the service Consumers ask us for;
    • To operate, provide, and improve the platform for Customers, including delivering purchased leads to Customers and, at their direction, to their CRM systems;
    • To send communications: transactional messages, and — with the consents described below — marketing communications;
    • To document consent and defend the integrity of transactions (TrustedForm certificates, signed acknowledgments, IP and timestamp records);
    • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and enforce our terms;
    • To produce de-identified or aggregated analytics that do not identify individuals.
  • How We Share Information — Including Sale of Lead Data

    Consumers should understand: when you submit a quote request through our forms or advertising, your submission is provided — sold — to one or more licensed insurance professionals so they can contact you about the insurance you asked about. Those professionals may load your information into their own customer-relationship systems, and their use of your information after delivery is governed by their own privacy practices and by applicable law. Under some state privacy laws this transfer is a "sale" of personal information; the "Your State Privacy Rights" section explains your right to opt out.

    We also share information with: service providers that process data on our instructions (payment processing, email delivery, telephony and SMS carriers, cloud hosting and storage, analytics, and consent certification); professional advisors; parties to a corporate transaction affecting our business; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services. We do not sell Customer account data.

  • Calls, Texts, and Emails

    Consent language presented at the point of submission governs how the receiving parties may contact a Consumer. Where a Consumer checks an SMS consent box, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, texting STOP opts out and HELP provides help, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Customers may manage email preferences via the unsubscribe link in our emails or their account settings; certain service messages (security, billing, legal notices) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

  • Retention and Security

    We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations, and to document consent (consent records and TrustedForm certificates are retained consistent with their evidentiary purpose). We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data we handle, including encryption of sensitive fields at rest and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Your State Privacy Rights

    Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, among others), you may have the right to:

    • Know / access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a portable copy;
    • Correct inaccurate personal information;
    • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
    • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
    • Non-discrimination for exercising these rights, and the right to appeal a refusal.

    To exercise any right, email support@goatleads.com with the subject "Privacy Request," or write to us at the address in the Contact section. We will verify your identity using the information associated with your submission or account and respond within the time required by your state's law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. To opt out of sale, use the same channel.

  • Cookies and Analytics

    We use necessary cookies for sign-in and session integrity, and analytics cookies (including Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking some cookies may limit site features. For more information on Google's practices, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.

  • Children

    Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and our insurance products are not marketed to minors. If you believe a minor's information was submitted, contact us and we will delete it.

  • Changes to This Policy

    We will post any updates here with a new effective date, and for material changes affecting how we use or share previously collected information we will provide additional notice (email or prominent site notice) before the change takes effect.
